These Terms govern access to Qara Pulse, an analytics and reporting product developed by Qara Digital in Kazakhstan.

Authorized use

Customers may connect only accounts and data they are authorized to access. Users must keep credentials secure and comply with the terms of connected providers.

Service scope

Qara Pulse provides analytical information to support business decisions. Reports depend on the availability and quality of data supplied by customers and third-party platforms. Qara Pulse does not guarantee a particular advertising, clinical or financial outcome.

Third-party services

Connected platforms remain governed by their own terms and policies. Their availability, API behavior and data accuracy are outside the direct control of Qara Pulse.

Suspension and termination

Access may be restricted when required to protect data, comply with law, respond to misuse or maintain platform security. Customers may request termination and disconnection of their integrations.
